brown, hazel, amber, green, blue, gray, violet and albinism

Although this is kinda interesting too (from wikipedia):
There are 3 true colors in the eyes that determine the outward appearance; brown, yellow, and gray. How much of each color you have determines the appearance of the eye color. The color your eyes turn depends on how much of these colors are present. For example, green eyes have a lot of yellow and some brown, making them appear green. Blue eyes have a little yellow and little to no brown, making them appear blue. Gray eyes appear gray because they have a little yellow and no brown in them

I recall a video that I saw in biology class on the human eye.
It said that there were 64 identified variations of eye colors.

My answer will not be particularly scientific, but I'll go with what I know. I will preclude mentioning different shades for the most part unless they are construed as different colors.

Brown
Blue
Green
Grey
Hazel(also Hazel-green or Hazel-blue)
Violet
Black(I've heard this one but it's probably really just dark brown.
Blue/Brown(I've only seen two people with this, one had one Brown eye and one mostly blue eye, the other had two blue eyes one about 1/3 brown)
Blue-green(my mom's eyes were a shade in between blue and green)

There's brown, blue, hazel and green. And there are endless variations of each one of those colors. For example, amber is a variation of brown, "violet" is a variation of blue (deep blue), and gray is a variation of blue as well.

technically only two -- pigmented and non-pigmented. non-pigmented eyes are blue, pigmented eyes are any color but blue. but the pigments can be present in an unlimited number of colors.
