Actually if you work out regularly and focus on incline type presses for your pecs and help and make your breast appear more perky. Also i would add a flat bench to the chest workout, most of your breast is fatty tissue so you will burn some of the fat off and the muscle will tighten the pecs and lift the breast. And no decline that will exaggerate the effect your situation. Hope this helps.

Get pregnant.

Seriously, that is the only way outside of surgery. Many will try to sell you creams and pills, but they don't work.

Some birth control, like that shot, makes your body think it is pregnant, and this results in your breasts filling out more. but if you are sagging due to childbirth, you have to get cosmetic surgery to make them 'perky' again. Same if you were extremely overweight and lost the weight.

However, guys don;t fixate on perky nearly as much as you might think. I find my wife's breasts very attractive after our 2 children. They have changed, yes, but that does not mean it is a bad thing.

When my mom had a mastectomy and reconstruction, the Dr. did a breast reduction on the other one. Now she has breasts like a 16 year old with just a faint line down the underside of the breast. He removed a wedge of skin from the underside, then pulled & stitched it together to make everything firm and perky. There were no problems when he moved the aureole. I guess she just got lucky and had a good doctor.

Nope. There is no way to do that. If so, then there wouldn't be a need for surgery, would there? You would have to have surgery. Have your breasts removed and then get implants. Once your own breasts become sagging, you can't make them firm/perky again. And it has nothing to do with weight. Even if you were thin, they would still sag.

Invest in good bras. Something with support and a little padding, that lifts well. At least when you're dressed your breasts will look perky again.

nope, and often surgery won't help either.
breasts are mostly fatty tissue, once they start to sag, well, they sag, and that is pretty much it.
