A lot depends on where they lived.

Balls, certainly, and jacks is an ancient game.

Dolls have been a part of girlhood from time immemorial, but with the Jewish strictures about making representative images, I'm not sure what form they would have taken--my guess (and it's only a guess) would be that they were made of stuffed cloth that had a kind of shape like a person, but no facial features--perhaps similar to traditional Amish dolls.

Tops were also known, and running races were always a feature of childhood.

Interesting question, really!

Yo-Yos were around. They did not call them that, though.

Depends on who we're talking about. A street rat in Rome would have a different life than the children of a governor living in North Africa or Gaul. Are you looking for non-roman culture? Because theirs was kind of the dominant force of the time.

they had a lot of toys... they had miniature crosses they could use to put their dolls on when they played 'Crucify the Criminal'. they made small Colosseum's from cardboard boxes and put their dolls inside, then put their puppies and kittens inside the box and let the rip the dolls apart with their claws and teeth.

Those Romans were VERY inventive when it came to making toys for their children.
