Do you have an athletic trainer at your school? I would suggest you have him/her have a look at it before you play to see what they think. It could be something as minor as a sprain or major as a torn ACL. I would make sure to keep ice on it, wear a brace to keep it in place, and keep it propped up as long as possible. If you don't have a trainer ask your coach their opinion. From the sounds of it though, it just sounds like a sprain, give it a week or so and it should feel better, don't try to push it too hard though, it could get worse.

Ice it, 15 minutes on, 15 minutes off. Keep doing it, and stay off of till Monday. Also take an Aleve...its an anti -inflammatory.*

Come to practice in a wheelchair and watch The Suite Life Of Zack & Cody to find out how to play in a wheelchair, jk. It would depend on how stiff or painful it was that morning.
