anyone have a good estimate or guess on how many people get killed from the death penalty? i need this info ASAP so can anyone help me?

Note there have been 1078 people executed in the US since the death penalty was reinstated in 1976.

Of course, that's in the U.S. since the death penalty was reinstated. Other countries have many more, and of course there were many more prior to abolition.
