In exchange for these rights, what responsibilities are you prepared to exercise?

Well first of all I would say you sound very angry. Second I would say you are not British given the tone of your mail. Thirdly, I would say health Care is free in the UK although there is argument over certain treatments for certain illness. To continue: The UK mainly lives terror free although times are changing for the worst. Criminals should be punished but the punishment does not always fit the crime or the offense. The likes of John Reid took punishment to ridiculous levels. As for execution - get a life! Even Murderes - for the most percentage can be rehabiliatated - the only "perps" that cannot be rehabilliatated are Peadophiles and I may agree with you on that point.
How many of the people have Human rights? we all do

I would like to see where all those liberties are guaranteed in every nation, and where every nation has agreed to live by all other nations standards.
FREE HEALTH CARE??? How would the doctor's and nurse's get paid?
If the guy cooking my hamburger is reasonably well paid then I am not going to be able to afford the hamburger and will make it at home then he will be out of a job.

I think you might be asking for a little to much.

properly, ya. look at it this sort - if someone commits suicide, do they no longer end their existence? and what happens to them right here whilst they try this? that's precise - no longer something. no longer that the courts or powers that be can no longer prosecute them (even nevertheless they are ineffective - they are able to nevertheless be sued or have expenses pressed) - they do basically no longer. i'm no longer an recommend for suicide, by utilising any stretch of the mind's eye. yet, who am I to declare that somebody can no longer do it? the full theory comes right down to this: human beings do no longer decide on others to end their lives and suffering because of the fact those persons that are against it - are basically against is with the help of the fact in addition they go through yet are the two too at risk of take their own, too nervous of their result, or are basically jealous that somebody else got here upon a manner out. Why else be all up in somebody's business enterprise? faith? And no religious parent ever killed themselves? regardless of.....

It is good to feel deeply about things and to care for others, but you can demand all you want, but if you are not prepared to stand up and take some responsibility yourself, then you get what you are given and like it or lump it.
This is too big a subject to go into as you have raised many different issues, but I suggest that you consider the words of President Kennedy when he said, "Ask not what can your country do for you, but what you can do for your country."
At the end of the day it is our country, our society and our problem.

According to which definition of human rights? Not according to the United Nations. Nor according to the Human Rights Act. You can't just make up human rights; they have to be agreed. It is not a "human right" to receive free health care: it is a provision that this country has taken upon itself and, generally, performs, although not in every case. It is not a human right to execute people.

Very few of these are fundamental human rights. If you want these things, of course they have to be paid for. How much tax are you prepared to pay? In reality, the UK offers more of these "rights" than most countries, including probably the US of A.

And how much are you prepared to contribute?
Unfortunately rights cost money - directly or indirectly.
I agreed with your wishes but you need to state your contribution from which all of us can benefit.
Nothing is for free my friend. Explain your road map to a laudable aim.
