If "minoritys" (excluding asians) are just as equal and capable as whites, Why on average do they score less on SAT,s, military ASVAB (i know because i recruited), and other standardized tests. Also, if we are all equal why do housing projects that are prdominantly black look like they should be condemned and those in my hometown that are predominantly white look really nice, despite the drugs and prostitution that still goes on there.

Because last time i checked minoritys have even more money thrown at them to attend the best schools and get preferental treatment for state and federal jobs. Also, last time i checked welfare pays the same amount of money to poor whites and "african americans".

You're not a realistic, you're just a hater. And you're hating on what? The fact that until the 1800s blacks in America were not allowed to learn how to read or write and if they made an attempt to they were mutilated or killed. Meanwhile your forefathers were earning money, buying land, and getting educated. And when they finally gave us a chance to receive an education we blacks received the worst books and supplies that were available. And when blacks were finally given the chance to buy and own land, there are nationwide accounts of as late as the 1950s of black families being run out of town and forced to abandon the land the spent their life savings on (it happened to my aunt's family, when she returned to the town 30 years later they thought her family was dead). It's the ripple effect. Though it is by no means an excuse, it takes more than a generation or two to overcome 500 years of setbacks... and stop generalizing.

I am calling you out. I was a soldier. If you are a recruiter, you would know that women outscore men on the ASVAB! I did not see you post any question about the GT score which is odd for a recruiter. You are a recruiter right? So why not mention that on post, that housing for soldiers are all in good shape. You know I see a lot of odd things with your questions. Being a soldier is one of the most awesome things that you can tell anyone. I know as soon as I was out of AIT. The first think that I mentioned that I was a PFC in the US Army. I do not even see a branch there. Also, what is your primary MOS? The last two reasons that I do not believe you. On MOS that could always spell and is meticulous about thier spelling is a recruiter. Secondly, I have never seen ONE American GI complain about a prostitute!

actually africans score higher academically than all other races including asians and that's not a statistic....that is a fact and was just recently released by the same group that does the SAT and other score information.
and we're all equal because God created us ALL human with the same body parts, the same liquid (blood) in our veins and the same oxegen in our lungs. that's why we're equal. and that's regardless of if black projects look worse or not.
are you asking this question to justify your predjudiced and rasist feelings or does putting other humans down make you feel better about yourself?

And how do you know this? Your experience? Your experience doesn't speak for the majority. Statistics? Statistics are unreliable. Many sources are biased. People make mistakes. Statistics cannot be fairly compared when the populations of each group of people are inequal. Statistics can be fudged to reflect positively or negatively on any group of people. Statistics do not indicate all factors. And so on.
Additionally, to demand equal respect and treatment isn't a refusal to acknowledge differences.

We have equal rights, but we are individuals. It is wrong to judge an entire race by the actions / performance of a few, especially since statistics can be easily manipulated for the user's convenience.

Notice, you said "on average" -- there are high scoring blacks and low-scoring whites.
The best predictor of one's SAT scores is parent's level of education.
Since the poor are disproportionately black, whose parents are less likely to be well-educated, and who go go impoverished schools, more score low on standardized tests.
Poor whites, of uneducated parents who went to impoverished schools also tend, on the whole, by and large, to score low.
It's simply not true that most blacks are sent to good schools or given lots of money.
BTW, those blacks who, through affirmative action programs, DID go to good schools, have as good graduation rates and post-graduation education rates as other races.
They are not only doing well financially, but are more likely than whites to give back to their communities in time, sweat, and money.
For many generations, blacks were kept down because of their race.
It takes time for the playing field to be truly even.

Well young grasshopper. You see equality is just something people say to make people happy. There are many smart black people, but they are better at sports and entertainment than math and books. Whites and Asians are a little better at book-smarts. Everybody has there qualities, I'm white and am no good at book stuff, but I'm very athletic so I'm kinda opposite just like Democrat Obama is smart but probably sucks at sports.

It has to do with the prominece placed on education in the home, as well as the access to quality education.
As for the second, it's because they have less money and time to fix up the 'burbs. There is still a wage differential, blacks get paid less per dollar than their white counterparts for the same work, with the same qualifications.

so lifestyles and upbringing determine equality? I went to a predominately white private school and was Salutatorian, while this Asian was Valedictorian.
what you are addressing is merely circumstantial
you and I are both humans, with reproductive organs, blood lines and hearts. the only difference is that i look like my parents combined and so do you.

dude stop your B.S.
You know just as well as I do, that as a recruiter you were seeking those of lowered self esteem and lowered sense of purpose,
that being the case, You will see just as much in either race and really cant, differentiate between the 2
so just stop it,
I recruited for 5 years for the U.S. Army, until I realized what I was doing,
