I use to make my kids clothes reversible. I would cut out 2 different fabrics with the same pattern. I would complete each one separately, and then turn one inside out. Lay the two, face to face and sew the outer edges together. Turn it right side out and finish the remainder by hand.

I would just take any jumper pattern and cut two, then use a binding around all the edges instead of a hem.
