lobster, shark meat is not that tender and is best made into soup or stock. lobster is just fantastic. pig has got to be the best tasting "unclean" animal in the world though, mmmmmmmmmmmm bacon

Define unclean? If you are refering to the bottom feeders ~ which sharks are not ~ I prefer Lobster ~

Lobster is disgusting, I have never tried shark, so I will go with crab. I do love those little cockroaches from the sea.

Dolphin is really tasty, so I've heard. I've only had lobster. It is awesome.
