To this I'd have to reply that you don't get around much. The states are full of all kinds of culture. There is a huge German culture in Missouri. The southwest states in particular are immersed in Native American and Mexcian culture. The Swedes in the upper midwest, the French in the deep South, the Italians in Chicago and a host of other places. Unless your question is just poorly worded and you didn't convey your true thoughts, then you're way off base.

Honestly, what is your definition of culture? America is made up of people from all different countries all of which has its own specific culture and tradition. Wherever these ppl settle, whether NY, California, or some place in the South, they bring their cultures with them. Therefore, all states have culture.

How come every single country in the world doesn't contribute to the world culture? The Middle East basically has two homogenous sects. South America and Africa have beaucoup civil wars.

I would not be so quick to pass judgment.
Cali, New York, Florida, Texas etc.. are points of entry for Asians, Cubans, Mexicans etc... Do not think for one second that those same people dont find there way into the heartland.
You are right though some places are more diverse and more connected with the world but to call it meaningless is rather unfair and well rude

However... Let it be known that if Lindsay Lohan & Paris Hilton are "culture"... the state of California is in BIG trouble...

Excuse me.... But West Virginia & parts of Georgia have given the world the gift of the Banjo...
There is nothing more cultural than 5 grown men blowing into empty whiskey jugs & picking at a banjo.....

Huh? I dont really get your question but cultures exist for the ones in it - not for people outside of it.
