Hands down - a Buick...any Buick

Inevitably driven by a blue-hair in a fedora or a bonnet, who can't even see over the steering wheel, going at least 10 mph under the speed limit.

Kill me

damn 2labs you took my answer. I lived in Ocean County NJ for a long time was always getting stuck behind Buicks, Crown Vic/Grand Marquis/Town Cars all the time. Now that I live in the boonies of South Carolina, I'd have to say farm vehicles, nothing like getting stuck behind a tractor for several miles on a 2 lane road with no passing lane. Actually being behind anyone here is bad, because there's no vehicle inspection here. So people don't know minor things about their car, like the brake lights aren't working!! Came close a few times to nailing a car I didn't realize was stopped until it was almost too late.

City bus - they stop even more frequently than school buses and inevitably the people getting off are in no hurry.

If you live in a tourist town, the second worst vehicle to get behind is either a horse-drawn carriage or a tourist trolley.
The streets in tourist towns are usually narrow so trying negotiate around one of these vehicles is usually impossible.

In my experience, it would be a Harley-Davidson or similar clone with aftermarket pipes piloted by some jerkface that seems to want to ruin riding for everybody.

I've been on my motorcycle or scooter a number of times, stuck behind one or two of these guys while they constantly revved their engines over and over for no reason other than to anger everyone around them. At stoplights, the windows roll up, radios are heard increasing in volume and babies start crying in terror. And being behind these guys on a non H-D bike with a full face helmet is agony!! They notice you there, don't let you pass and all that loud pipe action just reverberates around in your helmet, deafening you, despite having earplugs. It sucks.

A close second to the H-D guys would be a moving truck. While lost. In an unfamilar part of town. While trying to find a certain street off your sheet of directions. At night.

Construction vehicles, like slow bulldozers & ect! Some of the roads where I'm from are extremely narrow and busy, there is no way to pass them, and a 5 mintue drive has taken me 20-30 minutes before!!!

Anyone still driving around with Gore Edwards bumper stickers from an election 3 years ago. If they are too stupid to remove stickers from their bumper for a lost election, they are too unpredictable to drive behind. Very high probability they will cause an accident and try to blame you they have a tendancy to not take responsibility for anything....I mean they are advertising it right on their bumper.

If I had to vote on a type of car, I would say any model year Oldsmobile Cutlass Sierra. They tend to be driven by senior citizens who are often disoriented and easily confused. Driving near them is as risky as hiding from a tornado in a Kansas trailer park.

Ford Pinto. They're known to explode if you rear end one.

The worst vehicle to be driving while behind the Pinto, a late 80's Audi. They had the unintended acceleration problems.

School bus. Definitely. Try getting to work in the morning living in a suburban residential area stuck behind four different buses. Having to watch the little heathens wave and mime at you.

A large blue removal van reversing the wrong way down a one way street, especially when there's a pillock in a chelsea tractor sitting right behind you.

Definetly a school bus, too wide and tall to see around, they smell bad, and make frequent stops... *add comment about mother-in-law here*
