i should be starting around the 4 of this mo. so i want to get this right so that i can start charting..
i have read alot of thing about it and almots everything i read is different. Please help
When is it low?
When is it high?
when can you tell when you ov?
I dont know .............

Your temp will be low during the first part of your cycle--before ovulation.
Your temp will raise-called a temp shift--after ovulation.
You will know you have ovulated when you see 3 consecutive high temps.
Go to fertilityfriend.com and register for a free account. They have all the info you need and will even tell you when you ovulated based on your temps.
