Yes, indeed. There have been many occasions where my curiosity has lead me into trouble. I earned the nickname of "Double Trouble" on many a project when I was working.

Do you mean curiosity towards the right things or curiosity towards the wrong ones?

Because, if it is for the right, then it'll never lead to trouble, even if things appear messed up initially(eg-all the inventions and discoveries you can name)

And if it is for the wrong, it'll always lead to pathetic trouble(eg-you are curious to find out what that guy (or girl) is doing in that corner over there!, somethying that we call "snooping" around)

There are always two ways to look at something, so curiosity is both good and bad

Curiosity killed the cat but it also gave us all the things we take for granted today. If it wasn't for inventors curiosity we would still be in the stone age.
