Do you have your own fireworks display?
Do you go somewhere else to see fireworks?
Or, maybe you don't like fireworks and you do something else like go to the parade or carnival?

I love fireworks, I see as many displays as possible. I like the community festivals as well. Barbecues or picnics, it's all good.

The best holiday of the year!

Since Fireworks are AGAINST THE LAW in our state (how some cities sell them 'legally', I'll never know) and only the PROS can purchase and use them. I live very close to our downtown area and in a perfect spot where I can walk up the hill and look at the fireworks on the waterfront. Nashville has a really nice show and thousands of people crowd downtown to watch. Additionally, people will park sometimes on the side of the expressway and watch (if the police don' t run you off). I don't like crowds - so I watch from my area on the hill. Barbeque and chicken of course! AND homemade hand-cranked vanilla ice cream is a must! Since I no longer drink - I'll be having ROOT BEER - old fashioned kind! With my boyfriend and our friends.....Parades and carnivals might be fun - but we don't have them on the 4th. (I don't think)

We go down to our lake house. Mostly all of my step-cousins and real cousins and friends are there. We set off fire works and go out on the lake in our boat at 9:00 and watch the sky to look at other peoples fireworks. It's really fun!

I don't even know what my plans are for this weekend yet - there is no way I can plan that far in advance.
