Marilyn Manson is touring, and I love him, I have been wanting to see him for a long time now.
But, my boyfriend has me a bit afraid to go. He says that at Goth Concerts all the guys Grope all the women. It is expected, and to not get mad when I get groped.
I have never heard of this!!!
Has this happened to any of you?

There you have it, Robbie. Appears the chances are likely that it will occur. But it can occur anywhere where there is a crowd.
Have you BF stand behind you, that's a good idea. I think he might be a bit biased based on the performer, I don't think they're any different than other crowds.
How does the Teddy bear feel about this?

Happens at lots of concerts not just Goth shows. Usually happen to girls alone without guys. When I was younger I always walked right behind the girl I was with.

Yes it happens. Guys would grope my ex-wife while we were at concerts all the time.

Being touched in any way you don't approve of.....YES you can be mad. No one is ALLOWED to touch you unless you want them too.
I don't know about MM concerts being all outrageous, but if they have a mosh pit, just stay out of there and stick to your seats.
I've been to hundreds of concerts without a problem.
I stay out of the pits.

If you're not in the pit, you won't get groped.
Ask your boyfriend if he wants to go with you, since he's so freaked out. But make him pay for the tickets :)

Hmmm..im a dude but i wouldnt deny it or doubt it since im hearing it now. First off, "groping" a girl unexpectedly is sexual harassment, a bad first impression (in some cases), and probably unwelcomed. Not saying that i havent done cause im a party boy and a teenager my damn self but its not like i go up to random girls and do it like if im in the hall ways at school. Its pretty juvenile. The only times i have "groped" girls randomly if im at a partie jukin or grindin or somethin...and thats just when i go up to em grab their hips and start dancin with them or somethin lol. Thats probably the case taht it is. But if they grop your "breasts" or somethin then thats a whole different thing. Basically, its all up to how you feel about it, it has nothing to do if its "wat everyone doing" cause your not everyone youre your own individual and when it comes to personal things like that you should base it on how you feel and if its okay (or not) with you.

well not to me cuz i'm a guy but yeah, that happens all the time and there ain't much you can do about it unless you just find a place to sit and stay there. don't get in the mosh pit. for sure don't crowd surf and you will be fine

when i was 13 i went with my mom to see damn yankees /bad company..i wasn't groped at all...their is security there..why doesn't ur boyfriend just go with you...i think he is just worried not jealous...thats what people do when they love you! i hope you have fun be careful
