I heard that when he died, that it was found his body was covered from neck to ankles in satanic tattoos, and that he coverted to Christianity, and that's why he wore such "conservative" clothes.

It REALLY depends on the type of men. For example, I myself am (I daresay) quite reasonably well-off in life in regards to financial issues and looks and I know it (the important thing is I believe that to be true, not that it is a fact). If a guy has such a personality as I, then your assumption is correct, they do not like chasing women down, because there is a feeling that eventually a good woman will come by anyways. However, it must be said for many men who do not have such self-confidence (or ego in some cases). Then it can be said that women who are 'unavailable' (but who IS NOT dating him at the time) seem more appealing due to the mystery and the natural propensity to understand/explore more about the woman. Judge accordingly whether the man you are thinking of is self-confident to my degree, or someone who really wants to find a woman. Once that judgement is made, you will know the answer to your question. Good luck!

It is a shame that people want to make up terrible stories about such a terrific man. Fred Rogers was a Lutheran minister before he came up with the idea for the show.

Not true but he was a highly decorated Korean war veteran with many kills to his credit which is surprising because he seemed to be such a gentle man.
