I don't know if you are serious or not, but I have personally 'seen' them used for the following:
1) Shoulder pads for women's clothing. (Last minute in a play, the director needed to adjust an old fashioned dress on one of the actors because it did not 'set right' and two of these supported the shoulders just right.
2) A runner placed one across his forehead to absorb sweat
3) A friend's nephew did not have the appropriate gear when he received his training wheel bike and wanted to ride. His aunt used these to tie around his knees and elbows. (she did cover them with some other material however, so as not to embarrass the youngster)
4) Believe it or not - I know a chef who used one to strain some food item. He didn't have the cheesecloth he needed, and found this worked just as well.
5) Finally, my best friend's husband has a hard time sleeping when light comes through the curtains and instead of purchasing a mask, he has used one to cover his eyes as a mask. He claims it is much softer than a regular mask.

I know they use tampons in the military to stop bleeding in bullet wounds. A pad could be a big band-aid. I just am not that creative today. sorry.

climbing glass buildings as a suction cup device (don't try this at home kids)
See how much fluid it really holds then try it out over other peoples heads ie...coworkers...
leave them in the mens room at work and then see if there gone later-

sneak up on unsuspecting guys in the midst of puberty who think they're really cool and stick em on their backs. it's fun to watch their faces turn red and them squeal with awkwardness.
