A TV Antenna....I accidentially got it there while walking through the darkened room....yes it hurt and yes i ended up in ER!!!! Well you asked!!!

Believe it or not a Smartie!
My little Grandson was sat on my knee eating them, he put one in my mouth and then put one up my nose and because his fingers were so tiny he pushed it way up,what a job I had getting it out!
