Your Mortgage Company.
If you do not have a Mortgage on the Property, then ring up any of the UK Banks /Building Societies and ask them if they will give you a Mortgage loan on a Spanish Property.

Watching the programme on BBC2 tonight, I doubt you will have as much equity as you thought.
Apparently loads of Brits are trying to sell and cannot get anything like what they paid for their property.
Sounds a variation on the old time share scam.

hello, most UK banks will only do this for uk properties, I work for halifax bank of scotland and we have a subsidary called Banco Halifax Hispania who do mortgages, equity releases and all other banking facilities especially designed for brits who have moved to Spain or have properties there.
You can call on 0845 600 3603 or visit www.halifax.es - all their staff are bilingual.
