I hate to answer a question with a question, but you say in your question that the Maccanns are desperately trying to get their daughter back anyway they can.. Surely they would have more luck finding her if they hired a private investigator? I live in Spain. We are all totally aware of the missing girl, they really don't need to come to Spain to tell us all again.
