Do you answer questions because you think you can help someone, or does it have to do with getting points? Some people just type in something and it makes no sense and it seems that they only wanted to get some points!
I actually try to only answer questions where I know an answer and think I can help someone. It's also somewhat addicting.

If I think I can help then I answer for that reason, if it is an opinion question I answer to express myself about something that sparks a strong opinion for the moment and if it is a silly or fun question I answer to have a laugh and a little moment of fun during the night/day.

I answer questions here on Y! Answers so that 'just maybe'... I can help someone or enlighten someone. Also, I'm a talker and I like communicating with other folks. Also, maybe someone can help me sometime too. Take care and God bless you.

To me, its not addicting, Why should it be?
I come & try to help people.
i may not be the best of help, but i sure give it my best shot at it.
im not out for points, its fun, but what matters most if im helping someone, great question.

because it is fun and If i think I can help then I will offer my opinion. I think sometimes they dont like it though .
