that process, whatever it is, it should be banned.
No non-citizens should be allowed to own land in the US.
my opinion might not be popular, but in the long term it is for the best interest of this country that is already being sucked dry by everybody else.

Most mortgage companies have "foriegn National" programs to help you out if you have not established credit in the us. If you have credit in america, then same rules apply.

Same as anyone else. Sufficient income and credit to qualify for a loan is all you need.
