Don't Arizona have a recall procedure for elected officials?

Recall can begin with a letter to any local representative. Otherwise, a petition with any large number of signatures(at least 100 registered voters) can be submitted while your state House of Representatives is in session. Recall is the check and balance the voters have to keep their elected officials in line.
