The police found no evidence. I am 100% sure he is looking (he also baby-sit's). I am thinking about going over there and "roughing" him up. I thought he was one of my good friends. But now I guess friendship cant last forever. Do you think he will go run to the police? How far should I take it? Im thinking all the way? What do you think?

I don't think roughing him up will work, though I'm with you on wanting to, but I would tell the parents of the children he is sitting for. Tell them in detail, such as when you saw him looking at it and how often. This may not exactly get him in trouble but at least you would be doing something to protect these children. I also wouldn't cut the friendship off yet until you get something solid enough to give the police; you need to trap him some how. Good Luck

First of all, what evidence do you have that he is actually look at child pornography? Think about this. Have you ever caught him looking at it, found books/magazines, happened to stumble on his computer etc? If yes to any of these, I would calmly confront him and ask him what's up. If he gets angry/denies it, remind him that you've witnessed his viewing of it, and also amke clear your concern for the children he babysits.
If he still denies it, or refuses to do anything about it, I would go somebody you know and look up to for guidence. The police are only there to help in the most dire of situations, so unless you know that it's effecting his behavior towards other children, then I would not go to them right away.
Remember not to get angry under any circumstances or he won't cooperate for sure.

He baby-sits?!! You should tell the police what you know, including his babysitting, and let them take it from there. I would also say if you're 100% certain, you probably should tell the parents of the kids hes babysitting, but I don't know you, so I can't be sure how "certain" you are. It would be a terrible thing to report him to parents if you're wrong about this.

I would begin by informing the parents of the children he babysits. They are the first ones that need protection. If you know where he gets his porn, disclose that information to the police. You have to do what is right and protect those who cannot protect themselves. And, if you are friends with this guy, you may also be stopping him from doing something even worse than what you suspect him of.

I dont know personally i would fu** him up i dont have kids but if i did id fu** him up ;im a female and i was a kid once so i think its messed up . Did you tell the police to go over there. something similar to that happened here and my friend told like 3 guys and they all ****** him up i personally wanted to beat him strip him naked and leave him on the side of the free way but .....to each his own. just dont get in too much trouble but at the same time i wouldnt care because i know hes a pedophile i'd feel good about it even if there wasnt proof ...sorry maybe its just me

How do you know 100%? If you have proof you need to go to the police with it!

how are you 100% sure, but the police can't find anything? Don't get me wrong, I'm not calling you a lier, or defending him. I'd say, if you really are 100% sure, don't kill him, but a nice beating would be fine.

I would definately get in contact with the childrens parents! He shouldn't be bbsitting if you're 100% sure! If you are a true friend you wouldn't let these children be in harms way!

Dude, call the police and tell them everything you know. Don't take matters into your own hands. You will wind up in prison and create sympathy for this guy.

leave it alone, if there is real
evidence get the police involved
don't handle it on your own
then you will spend your life
paying for something your
friend did!! GO TO AUTHORITIES
