I'll be attending the Yahoo! annual meeting in Santa Clara on June 12th. Every shareholder there will be given the opportunity to ask some questions to Terry Semel. What would you ask him as a shareholder if you were there?

Sometimes, Yahoo! has featured stories that you have to be a member of something (like Consumer Reports) in order to read any more than two sentences.

While I support and approve of Consumer Reports - this is extremely frustrating as a Yahoo! User.

Why would you do that?

(Actually, I suppose if I were a stockholder, I'd be more concerned about Yahoo! vs Google - what are they doing to be more competitive? I have used Yahoo! Mail for YEARS and I love it - but sometimes, I do seem to get more/better results from Google searches.)
