Keep doing what you think is right.
You should never let someone else stop you from doing what you think is right.
I had a boss that did that and now I'm their right hand man. I stayed focused on the goal and didn't let them effect me.

Don't BE a victim. If you are giving off victim vibes, some people will grab the opportunity to play on that. Get your attitude adjusted in a different direction. A direction that sends off a vibe of "you don't scare me". Think of the worst thing that could happen if you didn't cower around him. You don't even have to SAY anything, just get that backbone a good dose of SELF respect. it will resonate outward.

This is abuse and discrimination, you should report him to someone higher up, as long as you have proof to back you up, get some statements signed by the other employees. You can then have him charged and can maybe sue him for pain and suffering.

Maybe he just does not like you or he thinks you are a great employee and calls you out on your mistakes so you can keep improving!!!

If you are being picked on to the point that it is harrassment, then report him to his supervisor or to the HR department.
