Car remotes and phone masts are a normal cause for these to keep going off for no reason - not a lot you can do to be honest
Example - my neighbour fitted one and everytime the guy across the road opened his car with the reomte fob - his doorbell went off - then it started doing the same when I got my new car and used the remote - then we had a phone mast put up approx 200mtrs away and it went off constantly -

This happened to me and I realised that the actual door button was being pushed too far in and as it was popping back out it was causing the bell to go off when nobody was there. Just make sure it's pulled out properly each time and it shouldn't keep going off.

Read the manual or call the company. Normally there is a dip switch (a little blue switchbox with white numbered switches) that can be reset so other stuff doesn't interfere as bad.

These bells generally have several wavelenghts. Probably somebody nearby has a bell on a similar wavelength;it is their bell you are hearing. Check instructions that came with yours;it should show you how to change wavelength

maybe one of your neighbours has the same bell. Open up both pieces and change the factory set number combination, just slightly. As long as both numbers match it will work.

read the instructions because you can usually change the channel in case there is interference.
