If so, aren't people that believe in horoscopes complete morons? Do they really think that science made up the facts about the Earth orbiting the Sun? This would also go for the tools that say they are the Devil's tricks then too, since the Devil I am sure knows about planetary orbits.

I'm sure that astrology devotees have long "revised" their charts and such to conform with the heliocentric nature of the solar system. But, to answer your first question, yes. People who take horoscopes seriously are morons.

The Earth revolves around the solar. i'm additionally questioning the legitimacy of your question; once you are trying to make religious human beings seem ignorant. it isn't the 1500's - i think of maximum religious human beings right this moment be conscious of that the Earth revolves around the solar. additionally, somebody stated the solar would not pass. It strikes. It rotates like the Earth, and the solar itself is revolving around the Milky way.

No, Edward. It is based on the idea that certain planets and stars (like the sun) are in a certain position FROM THE EARTH'S POINT OF VIEW.

It did start out when people still thought the Sun revolved around the earth, but that time's long gone and Astrology has evolved since then.

You do know - I assume - that medicine evolved from the idea that illnesses were actually demons that posessed people, right?

My oh my don't be so judgemental. Astrology used to be respected as a genuine science right along side with Astonomy. Though it has lost some respect from today's modern world it still is as accurate as a science ever is. Once figured properly, a person can use astrology as a great tool in there life. It is meant to be a guide, not a fortune cookie. Granted, most encounters with astrology by the general public today is only with the broad description of their Sun Sign horoscope in some a magazinze/newspaper. If you want to satisfy your curiosty or at least calm your fears of the unknown then check out any book on Astrology in your local book store. I like the K.I.S.S. guide to Astrology. They explain everything erally well and in simple easy to understand terms. I know that Astrology can be overwhelming with all the terms and definitions but once understood it can help you achieve whatever you want from life and not be blindsided ny any situation.
Personally I enjoy reading up on someone's Sun Sign characteristics to help me better understand why they behave the way they do and what to expect(or not) from them. It helps me deal better with people from different walks of life and it can help you too.
