How do I change the language on my cell phone??????

My friend changed the language settings on my phone while we were at the bar last night. I cannot figure out how to change them back to english. Can sonmeone please help me.
I dont know what language it is, maybe french.
I have a little Samsung flip phone. I dont know the model but I just want the steps to get my damn settings back to normal

1. Talk to your ex-friend about changing the language back to English.

2. Stay out of bars.
