In middle western Illinois, hunting acreage sells for quite a bit.

What we have is 40 acres with a 12x20, 4 bunk, on room cabin on it. It has no fishing pond but adjoins a creek. No fishing to speak of but very many deer, squirrel and turkey along with a possible mountain cat or two. ( Never seen them but heard what sounded like one)

This land, as is, would sell for about 56 thousand, if not more. Access almost requires a 4 wheel drive heavy truck. The land is very hilly with some small caves around and is surrounded by farm land. The land has little value other than hunting since most of the mature trees had been logged off or access to the mature ones are difficult at best.

Other than than, I'd try realtor.com and fill out the form to start window shopping.

Upper Wisconsin/Minnesota $3000/$4000 per acre & then fair market on the house. (House depends on size, septic, running water, etc...)
