Is it legal in WV to shoot video of supicious activity outdoors?

I live in a bad neighborhood, i.e. drug activity and theft, and would like to shoot video with my cell. Huntington, WV

Sure it's legal as long as you are not selling the video for profit. Be careful the bad guys don't see you though.

Yes, it is legal. As long as you aren't doing it in order to sell the video, it is perfectly legal.
