Thanks! And when there is no space between the log and the number that comes next it means that number is the base... they just dont have subscripts.

1.
If:
e^(x+4)=12
x + 4 = ln 12
x = -4 + ln 12

If:
(e^x) + 4 = 12
e^x = 8
x = ln 8

2.
log5(.04)=x
0.04 = 5^x
4/100 = 5^x
1/25 = 5^x
5^(-2) = 5^x
-2 = x

3.
Logx (343)=3
343 = x^3
7^3 = x^3
7 = x

4.
3log6 4 - log6 2= log 6 x
log6 4^3 - log6 2 = log6 x
log6 64 - log6 2 = log6 x
log6 (64/2) = log6 x
log6 32 = log6 x
32 = x

5.
4^2x=21
ln (4^2x) = ln 21
2x ln 4 = ln 21
2x = ln 21 / ln 4
x = (1/2)(ln 21) / (ln 4)

6. 6^(x-1)=8^(2-x)
ln 6^(x-1) = ln 8^(2-x)
(x - 1)(ln 6) = (2 - x)(ln 8)
x ln 6 - ln 6 = 2 ln 8 - x ln 8
x ln 6 + x ln 8 = 2 ln 8 + ln 6
x(ln 6 + ln 8) = ln 8^2 + ln 6
x(ln 6*8) = ln (64 * 6)
x(ln 48) = ln (384)
x = ln 384 / ln 48

7.
2352=3e^.047t
784 = e^0.047t
ln 784 = 0.047t
(ln 784) / 0.047 = t

8.
ln 5 + ln 2= lne^.05x
ln (5*2) = 0.05x
ln 10 = 0.05 x
(ln 10) / (0.05) = x

1.e^x=8 x=ln(8)
2. log(.04)/log(5)=x=-2
3. x^3=343 so x=(343)^(1/3)=7
ran out of time...hope I have helped.

I would help but I really am a little sketchy on my precalc skills right now. Use a scientific calculator and plug in those log and In values.
