If you wanna do it go for it! I personally wouldn't wear one but I have no problem with people that do! I think it looks sexiest on the side with a ring. Just do what you want! It's your style don't be afraid of it...embrace it. Don't worry what other people think. That's the point of being original and being a style icon. Even if your style is too bold, people may not copy it but they will admire it.

Cricky! I was just thinking about this today when I saw a girl with a piercing around her bottom lip. I just wondered how attracted would a guy be to kiss lips with a ring on it.
I think little crystal studs at the side can look good, but only tiny - anything bigger and the holes will look awful when you decide to take it out.

Totally depends on the person. I think they are pretty hot on the right person. I prefer a stud in the middle and a ring on the sides, but only on the bottom lip. I don't like any on the top. Not sure why, I just don't find it attractive.

I like it when blokes have the bit between the bottom lip and chin pierced so you just have a little stud or a spike poking out.
Lip piercings can look quite cool on a real rocked up chick or guy but do have a tendency to just look chavvy.

Having your labret done (middle part of the lip with a bar) can push down the gums on your front teeth and eventually result in your teeth falling out.
That and all forms of lip piercing make the wearer look like an emo tit.

I knew a girl who had her lip pierced and it got infected and swelled up around the ring and she couldn't get it off. so she went to the Emergency Room and they wouldn't do anything, not even give her antibiotics. So she went to the parlor she had it done and they wouldn't do anything. Eventually she had my BF use a pair of wire snips to cut it out (after a few shots of whiskey) It was really gross! every time I see a lip piercing, I cant help but think of that. YUCK!!! Definitely NOT sexy!

I like the Labret centered just below lip.
Any facial piercing looks good on the right girl.
I had a Labret and now just have Tongue with a 8 gage My previous employer asked me to take the Labret out.
If you can do it and it won't get in the way of your job, go for it sexy!!!
