I believe that they realized that Bush's lies weren't going to hold much more water. His time was running out. When Colin Powell left, I knew the jig was up! He got caught ease dropping, He really did not need to start this war in Iraq when he really should have retaliated against Afghanistan. I'm not saying that Saddam and his sons didn't deserve what they got because they were a mess in itself. But Bush was a punk and knew in his soul (if he even has a soul) that he couldn't beat Osama Bin Laden. He had so many people doing his dirty work for him and out of all of his constituents, Rice was the only one that hung in there with him. And I believe she did that for personal reasons. I hate that cow as well. We lost so many American people in this war young and old. They lost children and family on the other side of the fence. It really reminds me of the Vietnam War when people found out that everything about that war was a lie too! Agent Orange, was what our American Soldiers had to endure not to mention that they treated them like frigging dirt when the war was over and they came home. They couldn't even get jobs. Half of them were frigging mutilated. There is so much more that I could share with you about Bush and his administration but there is just not enough ink on the web to even write it. Because I haven't even gotten started about Cheney and his crap of lies. He's out in the woods shooting up his friends and sh!t! Yeah that was a warning shot that's what the hell that was! I'll be so damn glad when they get their old, tired @sses out of the White House and call it a damn day! And when that day comes, I pray that I'm alive and well, my Black @ss will be dancing a damn jig in traffic! Let them blow there damn horns. Who gives a sh!t?
And to the rest of you people who are answering this question. PLEASE STICK TO THE SUBJECT! She didn't ask about other Administrations! She ask about the Bush Administration! Why do you feel you have to go all around the bush, up in the trees, down by the water and then go underground to give someone a straight damn answer? DAMN! Is it that hard to stay on one subject at a time? And I'm seeing a shrink? Hell I need to throw some of my medication in you peoples direction. Oh right now the meds are wearing off. I'm not normally this pissed all the time! Sorry! LOL!

This is an opinion,
You might say that your opening a can of worms that can't be closed afterwards, But for Security reasons have you thought about the actions that was taken by them and maybe that the chain Of Command may have its problems that can't be disclosed. and also your asking for an opinion without knowing the facts. But sometimes it not the higher part of the chain of command that has its problems with the way things are being runned, but is it not possible that there may have been too much stress on that person? We are all at risk when it comes to stress, sometimes we feel that the job is too much for one to handle. so we relocate to a stressless job. Who knows better than the person's involved. but in the mean time we can ASSUME anything. But only they who are involved can Disclose that Information. But we all make Mistakes, sometimes it can cause a loss in employment.

relies upon on what crimes may be dug up against most of the different cupboard contributors. i'm effective there's a plethora. Bush could on no account have had Rove flow, or Gonzales, in the event that they weren't approximately to be summoned by way of subpoena and testify under oath. Now they gained't would desire to. So, basically watch and wait.

Six, seven, eight years is a long time. Burn out sets in.
Plus, they are probably lining up jobs in the private sector. They can make much more money. More power to them!
I imagine that the prospects for Republicans having jobs in Washington the next few years are not good.
PS Clinton was the immediately preceeding occupant of Bush's present office. When someone remarks on some allegedly unusual aspect of his ternure, a natural response would be to point out that it is not unusual by alluding to the prior president's similar practices. Such a comparison is certainly relevant, and helpful in evaluating the behavior being discussed.

This happens with every administration that runs for 8 years. It happened in the Clinton administration. Best bet is that they get tired of the rhetoric and wheel spinning and yearn for a different lifestyle. It is not a party issue at all.

As a Bush despiser, I smile along with you. But come on, seriously. First, this Q has been asked a lot recently. Second, this is standard behavior in the second half of a second term, no matter the prez, no matter the party.

Because we're in a war. It's a stressful, difficult job. People stepped down during Clinton's two terms and it didn't make as much as a blip on the news, much less a question on Yahoo how it's fishy and must be some conspiracy.
:::Because Clinton was the last president and people stepped down too. Let's go to Bush the first, yes, people stepped down. Grow up.

"Some people equate the changes to this administration as merely rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic, which would imply that it is sinking. However, I would like to think that this Administration is soaring....like the Hindenberg."
