Probably will be...i was talking with my brother though and we think that they will do one where maybe spiderman and the x men or maybe another marvel hero will do a movie together since marvel comics do come together...i think that would be a good idea...
but i heard if there is another spiderman movie (just spiderman) tobey maguire and sam rami have rumored saying they might not be a part of it...

however two questions still remain

Tobey and Kirsten have both said 3 was the end, but there has been talk that Tobey said he would return for a part 4 if done.

So first problem is a possible casting change.

Second:

Sam Rami (director) has also said 3 was probably the last one for him as well. However he has not said yet if he would return for a part 4 much less the others.

So untill all that is answered i doubt we will see part 4-6 anytime soon.
