i ran out of money so i borrowed 10 pounds from a guy and he said you have to pay me back 30 pounds or else i asked every one i know but they said no what should i do

Pay him what you owe him = 10 quid.
If you know him like a friend then explain your situation to him. He should know better than to pressurise you into paying what you can't afford.
If he's just some random guy you don't know very well give him the money (£10 - NO MORE NO LESS) and get on with your life.
Youre not bound to him. He has no hold on you. Good luck!!

Well, if you're really scared, pay him £30 and never borrow off him again. It sucks, but going to an authority might make things worse for you xx

How well do you know this guy that wants you to pay back £30? If he is a stranger and doesn't know anything about your personal life then pay him £10 and run like hell.

just give him the £10 and say ur not payin anymore if he threatens u or anythin then tell someone and call the police u dont owe him anythin but what u borrowed
