when I don't worry I worry that there must be something wrong because I'm not worrying, it's all very worrying to me!!!

I've been worried about my worrying for quite some time. I think about it sometimes and it worries me that I worry so much and I get worried that I'll continue to get worse and worry more. It really worries me that I worry. Wow...that word really ceases to mean anything when you use it that much.

Well, I try not to miss anything. I mean if there was something I should have worried about but didn't, then everyone would know I was not worried about something I should have been worried about...pass the Xanax please....
