D is the correct answer
36-(x+5y)^2
=(6)^2-(x+5y)^2 [here the expression has been arranged in the form of a^2-b^2]
=(6+x+5y)(6-x-5y)[ we have followed hee the factorisation of identity a^2-b^2=(a+b)(a-b)]

Remember that a^2 - b^2 = (a+b)(a-b)

36 - (x + 5y)^2
= 6^2 - (x + 5y)^2
= (6 + x + 5y)(6 - (x + 5y))
= (6 + x + 5y)(6 - x - 5y)

D
