It doesn't really matter how we apportion congress, if America ever chooses the aggressor nations over one that is freely elected and allied to us, it really wouldn't matter how we got there anyway.
Remember WWII? We didn't need French representation in congress to oppose Germany.

of course, race has nothing to do with support of israel. supporting a democratic ally of the US is just plain smarter than supporting a crazying pseudo-democracy like palestine, which hates americans and wants to behead us all
