They're processing 4 cases for me as well. They are not very good with keeping in contact, if you want a status update you have to get in touch with them as they won't do it on their own, and even then it takes them a while to respond, but they do respond (I got a phone call in response to my email, and had spoken to them on the phone before- they seem like good guys, perfectly honest, just very busy!)
I am getting letters from the banks, which I am forwarding to them, and in the case of my 2 credit card accounts they've already credited me some of the money (none of which was interest, so Robertson Holbrook are proceeding to claim the rest but I am alright to spend the cash now) So progress is definitely being made.
I asked before I signed up how long they estimated it would take and they said about 6 months- they have to take all the cases to court to get interest, which is their fee, and there's a lot of back and forth with the banks before they get there.
So if you signed up in March you should expect your cheque(s) to arrive about September time.
Try not to worry, none of these companies are known for keeping people informed, I am sure you will get your money in good time :)
EDIT- to everyone lecturing about doing it yourself, it's a little late now so what's the point?! And they aren't all dodgy if you're intelligent enough to do research. This company takes NO money upfront, and very clearly state how they get their fee. They just take the interest- and most people don't get interest with their claim anyway, or they settle for less, so it probably ends up much the same except you've saved yourself hours of time all the of stress. Personally I didnt trust myself not to take a crap settlement from the banks out of fear that the case will fall apart- and I had 4 accounts, which is a lot of up-front court fees. I probably end up better off using this company. Why does everyone feel the need to judge us as stupid?

I`ve heard no good things about them!
A lot of people have contacted me, asking what to do as after 6 months or so they still haven't got their charges back, and haven't heard anything from them.
My advice would be to cancel them, and do it yourself.
I understand you may be busy, but there isn't much work involved in the process. For my first claim I put in about 5 hours over the course of 4 months! Its really just a case of writing a couple of letters, all the time is spent just waiting for the deadlines to move onto the next step.
Step by step detailed guides along with the template letters and spreadsheets you need are on my site below, and it will tell you everything you need to know to get your charges back yourself. It also has the latest bank charge news and developments, and forums for one to one help and support.
If you are dead set against doing it yourself, have a look at Unfair Bank Charge who are also on my site below, as they are a reputable company and I have heard nothing bad about them from my sites users.
My site is free to use!

Why have you paid a company to retrieve bank charges for you?? This can be done yourself. Companies that claim to help you claim back bank charges you should avoid them - they tend to be useless. Have you paid any money to them yet? If so it is likely that they have done a runner. Ever since the reclaiming of bank charges has become popular there have been hundreds of companies popping up claiming to do it for you and in many instances they are not to be trusted. Even the ones they do not ask for money upfront tend to take a pretty large chunk of the reclaimed charges.
If you want to reclaim money back do it yourself - it is simply enough - although it does require a lot of your time. There are lots of websites out there who (for free) explain the steps to go through in claiming back charges.

Only the very rich and very poor pay for others to handle their money - which are you ?
If you can't be bothered to learn how to handle your own Finances, you will, for sure, soon be poor....
Here's a link to get you started on the road to taking back control of your own money ... good luck !
EDIT
1) Your money = you decide how to spend it ...
2) Plainly the the fees these 'Financial Advisers' collect are sufficient for them to run TV ads. big offices, nice cars and generally keep them in the luxury (FYI - it's a LEGAL REQUIREMENT that the banks pay Interest at 8% on the refunded illegal charges)
