Sure, they are all around Earth. The southern sky is the prettiest. The two little naked eye galaxies call Magellanic clouds are there. The ticking time bomb of Eta Carinae is there. Alpha and Proxima Centauri, our closest neighbor stars are brightly visible there. So, if you get chance to take a trip close to the equator, take binoculars and enjoy some super star sightings.

Depends what you mean by beneath. If you mean under the surface, then no. If you mean below your feet then yes, because Earth is a sphere floating in space, and there are stars and galaxies in all directions.

there are stars everywhere. Just go to the south pole and look up.
