Are legislators ignorant enough to outlaw shooting your neighbor to death but making poisoning your baby or cutting their neck and vacuuming their brain legal?
I can't believe that it is the 21st century and we allow women to have this barbaric treatment to their children. People are debating spanking your child yet there are people killing them in the womb. Crazy!

Let me get this right. So if a fetus isn't alive birth you are saying that it is dead? Give me a break what kind of sick excuse for killing children is that?

First of all, it isn't a "child" until it is born. Second, it should be legal - what about in cases of rape or incest? Those women should just be forced to have the baby? THAT is barbaric.

i'm with u. the baby feels the pain. i've seen sonograms showing the baby moving away from the vacuum. many women, probably all are haunted by their decision to abort such a precious gift. teenage girls have been charged with murder when they dispose of a baby right after birth. i don't see a difference. killing a baby in the womb or after he/she is born is WRONG! some people have aborted babies in the last trimester which is really brutal. the only way i could see a possible termination is if the mother's life is at risk, even that is hard to imagine.
why don't people do something useful, instead of becoming pregnant. we all know how it happens. if u don't want a baby, practice abstinence or use the proper protection. only people in denial believe that a baby is not alive until birth. the baby has a heart beat. quit making excuses to make yourselves feel better. get fixed, so you won't be able to harm an innocent being!

Hell yeah! Abortion is making a pact with the devil you are actually committing a sin and actually being a killer and it's crazy how the mom decides to have the doctor kill her baby what if the baby was born and the baby was to be put in a table and as a mother watching how the doctor kills your baby right in front of your eye's that would hurt the mom to see this she might probably think twice before having her baby kill in the table but since the baby its inside her womb she still feel no feelings for her baby. Doctors should save life's not loose life's! This century is still being ignorant.

No, it should not be.
You guys are screaming against abortion, but you are not helping those single women, who are beyond poverty line, because they decided to keep the baby.
Now lets be logical. If there is a pregnant single woman, no one will hire her for a good position. After the baby is born, she won't be able to work full time.
If the government offered free childcare and some money to single mothers, I see how outlawing abortion could work, but there are no safety measures for single mothers, so abortions could be the only choice for them.
In addition, I would like to agree with what someone said above. People would always have abortions. I think it is better that a professional does them, rather than some underground person, who does not know what he is doing. In some sick sense, abortions save lives.

i am totally again abortions esspecially when i found out how they do it! If they dont want a baby they should keep their legs shut!!! I think there is only one execption to have an abortion and that is if the child has an illness like brain damaged, down syndrome or some other disability like that because its not fair on the child to have to live like that! and even in that case it should be 'removed' within the first 10 weeks. I dont see no diffrence between shoting someone in the street and suckin the baby out before its ready, they are both MURDER!!!

I don't support abortion at all. However, I do think that woman have the right to choose. Just because I don't think it's right and would NEVER have an abortion, I'm not going to try and make it illegal for woman who want to. It's personal choice.

It says in the Bible that God knit us together in our mother's womb. We have a soul long before we are born. God has a plan for ach and every one of our lives, and abortions destroy that plan.
I believe that all abortions should be outlawed.

Abortion should never have even gotten into the court systems. But since it has, then yes, abortion should be legal. It's really irritating how people I've never ever met keep trying to get into my uterus! My body! My life! My consequences!

No it shouldn't be.
You're "born" 9 months after your inception, birth is the beginning of life, you can't kill what's not alive, but you can prevent them from having a miserable existence with a mother that doesn't want them.
