Toss it outside. You never know when you might need that Karma or what it will take to tip the scales.

it depends where it is. If its in my bedroom, its curtains but I've been known to "rescue" thousand leggers that have fallen into the tub.
Actually I read that people shouldn't throw spiders outside as they're not meant for the outdoors.
"Myth: "I'm very kind to spiders; when I find one in the house, I put it back outside instead of killing it."
Fact: You can't put something "back" outside which was never outside in the first place. Although some house spider species can survive outdoors, most don't do well there, and some (which are native to other climates) will perish rather quickly when removed from the protective indoor habitat. You're not doing them a favor.
In any case, house spiders are mostly harmless and beneficial. Human property rights mean nothing to other species. There was spider habitat for millions of years where your home is now. My advice is, "just wave as they go by."

Depends on the insect. If it is something harmless, and not down right ugly looking, I would toss it outside. Downright ugly
may or may not be killed. Most of the time whatever it looks like, I toss it outside.

If it's any kind of a spider other than those spindly "Daddy Long Legs", it's immediately flattened and flushed. Other insects are usually escorted out.

Wholesale slaughter! I am scared of bugs and can't rest if I see one.I don't feel guilty about squashing them, there's plenty more out there! If they just hadn't entered my home in the first place,it wouldn't be necessary! I plead self defence!
