As a liberal, I think it's contemptible that some conservatives are now trying to blame us for George Bush.

No Bush could run in the election as whatever came up in his mind so he could tell all kinds of conservative fables.
When leading America he had to do it in reality and reality will never be conservative enough to some hardcore conservatives.
Bush is no liberal,he's just faced with reality and reality has a clear and obvious liberal bias.You can't lead America and the free world I might add with the deranged Fox news world view.
Think it says a lot about conservatives that they accuse Bush of being a liberal now.Really,he doesn't do what they want so he's a liberal.Everyone who doesn't see it their way is in the end,even the guy they once worshiped as a hero.
This is proof that conservatives want to demonize the word liberal;

He is a moderate and so is the majority of the country. Its why we have Repub and Dem Presidents. You need to cease being infatuated with the terms lib and conserv because few people are that and those that are just make noise which attracts the attention of the trashy US news media. Bush is a moderate and that pisses off both the religious right (abortion is still here and school prayer is still illegal) and the radical left (because they basically are a hate group and hate everything). If we get a Dem President next time, he will be a moderate too. You are incorporating political jargoin into your thought process and being led by pundits. The most near to a Conservative President was Reagan and the most near to a liberal President was Carter (a one termer).

Hahaha, dazzling! i admire your humorousness. many cases precise in this board i've got seen cons say Obama is like Bush. i've got additionally seen many human beings say Repubs and Dems are the comparable (no longer something ought to be farther from the certainty, yet we would desire to get vast money out of politics to verify greater distinction). ##

Actually people understood that George was more in the middle. They were hoping for good cooperation on both sides of the isle. What we didn't figure on was the small minded liberals who would not work with him at all no matter what in protest because they lost an election.

Too bad they can't engineer a third term for him to try to get it right next time. No President should be left behind.

even if George w Bush is the worst thing to happen to our country and it's image around the world,
the one thing you have to give him credit for
is destroying the Republican party

As far as liberals NOT working with George

sorry we've seen what He and His party have done with the blank check they were handed when they started this War and all the scare tactics that preceeded it
