No. It makes me jealous! Where's my dad? Why isn't my dad doting? How come other girls get a doting dad, but I don't? I want my doting dad!

No. He's a dad, it's what dad's are supposed to do. Why don't people melt when they see a doting mom? Oh, cuz that's our responsibility! Guys get to do it by choice....

Pretty much. My dad, when I was little, was the world to me & would play, read to me, etc. After my parents divorce, he was still around - but it was never the same.
A good dad is very hard to find. â¥

depends on the age of the child. if its a baby, yes.... if its a 6 yr old and dad wont stay outside for longer than 2 minutes without coming in and YELLING... I LOVE YOU BABY! do you love me too? it gets kind of annoying.. for me and the 6 yr old.
