If enough people would sign on to this idea I believe I have an answer that would work.What we would do is over a period of six months buy enough tobacco and tubes that would last a person a month,for example if you needed three cans then over the six months buy three and put them away.Now at the end of that six month period you don't have to buy any tobacco products and everbody stops for a month.This would work,I think,if there was enough smokers that signed on really committed to the idea.

Importing might save you money, but quitting would save you a lot more. I don't think that lobbying or protesting will help alter domestic prices.

I make my own and I save big money over buying them already made. There is a place I get them too , through the mail, that is only a little bit more expensive than making them myself. So far I haven't found anyway of getting them any cheaper that these.

Quit smoking would be the best way to bring them down, but what you are trying to accomplish is the same thing that many want with the gas prices...it just isn't going to happen
