i heard she is touring europe. is this true? if so why? for business, or for meeting with different people concerning maddy?

I don't understand this myself, as a mother I would stay near the local of where my child was abducted. They already have enough PR going on near and far. Why would parents leave a 4 year old and twin 2 year olds alone in a hotel room, in a foreign country, to begin with? There is a lot wrong with this picture.

if any of my family dissapeared i would go to the ends of the earth to try and make people aware ,madeline could easily be i france or spain now ,so why not make everyone aware,she will soon be forgotten,and it will be to late then to spread the word

To obtain more money for their limited company from a world wide audience..... you can only make a few hundred thousand from a UK audience.. if you want to make a bundle.. you have to travel!!
