Makes no difference, but the kind of bread matters. Go for whole wheat & whole grain then do whatever you want with it. I recommend a BLT with avacado.

Bread can be taken either toasted or untoasted. It will be nutritious

Whole grain breads are more nutritious slightly toasted, as the toasting breaks apart the grains some to allow them to be digested more fully.

Bread isn't nutritious to begin with, no matter what the bread companies try to convince you. The only reason you need it is for fiber, to stay regular, and you can get that in other places.

Its more delicious toasted, but I doubt that changes the health benefits.
Toast is sick food. gonna barf? Fill up on a nice piece of buttered toast.

It does not make a difference. It is the same piece of bread. Multi-grain is the best.

i dont think it makes a difference because its still bread but burnt or crunchy i should say ^_^
