This is all I could find.......Nothing about which castles were the largest except for maybe the Prague Castle.
Buckingham Palace boasts the largest inhabited castle.

As grannygrunt28391 said I also found no information on castles. Prague Castle is one of the biggest castles in the world (according to Guinness Book of Records the biggest ancient castle [1]) at about 570 meters in length and an average of about 130 meters wide. This is all I found.
