Are you nuts? Do want us to get in trouble? I am a nurse who carries malpractice insurance. I can see it now, my insurance co. trying to explain to the board why I wrote a fake note. Do it yourself or go see if a doc if you really need one LEGITIMATELY

Only if they want to be charged with practicing medicine without a license.

Go to a REAL doctor if you need a 'note'.

No....it is illegal.....you can go to jail for impersonating a DR.
